It begins with common but very important and often overlooked visual and voltage checks, then proceeds through a simple three-step technique for accurately pinpointing the cause of the trouble. This is a simple ignition system, and most faults are not in the parts but in the connections. All the same, it helps to know how to trace those connections, as well as how best to test the parts.
